I'm aware this is a tech support question and should be posted in the proper forum, but it seems that this problem has been posted by multiple users there and they still haven't received any assistance. I'm hoping posting it in a more active forum will catch someones attention.

I'm attempting to download and patch RO, and after going through the patch process for some time, I receive a message that says:

"unpack error
2009-6-9data13_gm"

After clicking ok, the patch client windows displays:

"Failed to get 2009-6-9data13_gm.rgz file"

I initially had some problems with overwriting the Ragexe.exe file, but after following the guides in the FAQ that problem was resolved. The same process is described in a stickied thread in tech support called "Vista installation issues or "Failed to Unpack" errors when patching". This thread doesn't mention anything about the unpack error, just the rewriting problem and general installation. I've already gone through that, and tried almost anything else I could find online. I've downloaded from the onlien client, from the BitTorrent file, from the incremental download, and none of these work. I've uninstalled, manually deleted remaining files, and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. I've set all the permissions for all users and I've opened up all the proper ports on my Firewall and router. I've emailed GM Email Inquiry, and haven't received a response yet.
