Behind the door are beds as well as the same set of creatures you've encountered previously. Just apply the Crowd Control strategy that works for your party (see choice of spells mentioned above).
There will be a door to the left and a door just straight ahead. Just head north and turn right. You will then find a narrow hallway that leads to another room. Only one or two tanks need to pass the hallway to get into the room and kill all the creatures there to get a key.
On their way back, the floor of the narrow hallway will collapse. And there will be nasty slash and spike traps at the bottom. If any player falls, they can either rely on their reflex saves or jump as quickly as possible to get to the other side of the hallway.
Of course, you can always disarm the traps but the trap box is located at the bottom of the pit, which can be very challenging for a rogue.
